Healthy eating is the answer to a longer life and less health issues. Nobody wants diabettes so here are three things you NEED to consider doing:
1. Sugar is Empty Calories
Consuming sugar doesn’t add to your essential mineral or vitamin intake. There is no real benefit in this sense from consuming sugar regularly. It’s pointless.
2. Sugar Raises Your Risk of Disease
A heavy sugar diet often leads to excessive weight gain, and heart disease
3. Sugar Weakens Your Eyesight
Too much is too much. Eating sugar could potentially damage your eyesight, and High blood sugar causes the lens of your eyes to swell. Hence eye troubles.
4. Sugar Can Cause Hypoglycemia
Hyperglycemia is an where someone has an incredibly high blood sugar level. Which means type 1 or type 2 diabetes, and pre-diabetes.
5. Sugar Rots Your Teeth
The sugar you consume becomes acidic bacteria inside your mouth, which begins to dissolve and damage your teeth. Bad teeth = ugly smile and no dates. Nobody likes rotten teeth or bad breath. Yuck!
6. Sugar Contributes to Heart Problems
Heart disease is one of the many diseases that could be caused by eating too much sugar.
7. Sugar Weakens Your Immune System
Sugar actually weakens your immune system, and reduces your body’s ability to fight off infections. It makes you suseptable to all types of viruses, infections and STDs. NOT a good look!
8. Sugar Causes Fatigue
Drink too much cans of cola and lemonade is bad. Your body gets used to it and then craves it. You’ll experience regular crashes from the end of a sugar-high. Your brain need high sugar quantities for energy. It gets ugly and hard to cut out of ones system.

Sugar can be more aging for the skin than a lifetime of lying in the sun.
10. Sugar Cause Arthritis
Studies have shown that when people who suffer from arthritis eat sugar, their condition tends to worsen.
Lastly, the side effects of too much sugar is actual like a crackhead or a person suffering from addiction. The symptoms of withdrawl are comparable.
