CelebNHealth247.com has just got word that the popular stand-up comedian Charlie Murphy had been undergoing chemotherapy and his family thought he’d been getting better.

Apparently, he wasn’t letting on to anyone that his health was deteriorating. His family are absolutely shocked that Charlie Murphy has died. According to reports, the family would call him frequently, and he’d even joke they were calling too much.

It sounds like Charlie didn’t want anyone to worry about him, keeping his health private. Charlie Murphy’s last tweets talked about a sleep, so “seizing the day” and “never giving up” – all subliminal of what was going on with his health.

He tweeted:

“One to Sleep On: Release the past to rest as deeply as possible.”

He reflected on the daily hustle saying:

“Rise & Grind: Wake up with the rising sun,” – while making sure everyone lives life to the fullest, stating to “seize the day!”

Over the weekend, Charlie posted this subliminal tweet:

“One to Sleep On: “Every champion was once a contender who refused to give up.” -Rocky Balboa”

Charlie famously co-starred on “Chappelle’s Show” in some of Dave’s most memorable skits … including the nights Charlie partied with Rick James and Prince.

He had a recurring segment on the Comedy Central series called “Charlie Murphy’s True Hollywood Stories,” which featured him comically recalling his unfortunate interactions with major 1980s stars such as Prince and Rick James when he was a member of his brother’s crew.

Never forget one of the funniest moments in comedy when Charlie and Rick James did  his “True Hollywood Stories.”
