Cisco Rosado has been hitting the gym to get back in shape and lose that doughnut that was showing on Love & Hip Hop New York.

Over the past year Rosado and been doing lots of cardio. He took to social media when he first started his transition saying:

Just finished my cardio session. I had to take off my clothes so I can jump in this steam room. Any ladies out there wanna join me? WARNING! It’s gonna get hot in here??. ?

Yes, he still found a way to get his flirt on with the ladies.

In September he sprained his wrist, but Cisco continues to stay focused.

He revealed:

Sprained my wrist over the weekend. The doctor said I shouldn’t lift weights for 3 to 4 weeks. I said there’s athletes that play with Broken bones everyday. So if that don’t stop them then a sprain ain’t gonna stop me.
