The iconic and legendary Playboy founder, Hugh Hefner has died. Hugh was surrounded by loved ones as he died peacefully at home Wednesday.

CelebNHealth247.com has learned that the man behind the Playboy Mansion, the illustrious magazine, dream and fantasy maker has died.

Hugh Hefner was 91-years-old. We have to say he lived a FULL life surrounded by beautiful women and plenty of stories friends can tell.

It was no secret that Hugh Hefner’s day were numbered. Hefner’s health had been in serious decline over the last year and he’s not been seen in public for some time.

He sold the mansion in 2016 with the condition that he could remain living there until he passed. Hugh got his wish. The mansion was purchased for $100 million last year after Hugh realized his health was on the decline. Pabst Blue Ribbon heir Daren Metropoulos, the son of billionaire investor C. Dean Metropoulos.

TMZ reports:

His passing comes just over a year after his brother, Keith, died battling cancer.
