According to the latest reports, JLo’s figure is looking as curvy as ever, and top medical doctors are attributing her flawless look to plastic surgery.

Radar Online is claiming Lopez has definitely had her breasts done recently according to a top physician.

New Jersey plastic surgeon Dr. Lyle M. Back, regarding the superstar’s perfect body, is saying:

“She’s definitely had her breasts done and whoever did [it] should be congratulated for doing a fine job!”

The physician added:

“She looks like she’s definitely on top of her game.”

The report goes on to claim that it’s easy to see how Jlo’s body has changed so significantly as the years have gone by.

Dr. Back said:

“Pictures from the last couple of years showed that her breasts and butt were really deflated and saggy…That’s normal for a mother of her age with two kids.”

The star’s latest appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live may prove how it’s easy to see her body’s progress over the years, but trust us, we are NOT complaining! JLo can seriously do no wrong! Her body is bangin!

The star is at the top of her game, starring in her own Las Vegas show, as well as her new NBC drama Shades Of Blue, and even appearing on the final season of American Idol.

Well begs to differ. According to Jennifer, she has been doing the clean diet!

The 46-year-singer, actress and goddess is EXTREMELY disciplined!

Her trainer, Tracy Anderson, who is also responsible for Gwyneth Paltrow’s bod, says it’s her clean, unprocessed diet.

Anderson recently told US People magazine:

“It’s all organic and it’s all very well thought out, with the balance of very high quality proteins and a lot of nutrient-dense food.”

Breakfast is a protein shake, her own brand naturally (she launched a line with Body Lab last year).

Lopez only ever drinks decaf coffee:

“I do it with quinoa milk or water…I haven’t had caffeine in years.”

She says:

“By lunchtime, I’m starving.”

Lunch is a salad with mixed veggies and fresh salmon. Dinner is some kind of protein with quinoa and more veggies.

“It feels like rice and beans, which I grew up with. And I like pork and chicken — especially Puerto Rican style!”

How does she maintain the face?

She tells US magazine:

“I’m rarely in the sun, but if I am, I wear a lot of sunscreen,”

“I’ve never been one to take a lot of sun, which is why my skin has maintained itself. And I don’t drink or smoke or have caffeine. That really wrecks your skin as you get older.”

She also mixes up her workouts, exercising with David Kirsch in New York and Tracy Anderson in LA – always in the morning.

“I don’t like doing it later; it’s harder to get there when I have my day going already. I work out three or four times a week. When I’m in New York, I work out with David Kirsch — he’s an amazing trainer. When I’m in L.A., I work with Tracy Anderson. I like the balance that they both give me. They have two totally different approaches. I like switching it up with my body.”

So it sounds like the Clean Diet is the way if you want to have a body like JLo.
