Kate Hudson, 39, announced that she’s ready to shed her baby weight with the help of the long-running weight loss program, Weight Watchers.

CelebNHealth247.com reports that Kate Hudson happily told Oprah that she is doing it to stay healthy and have longevity for her kids.
Kate posted this message along with a video of her speaking with Oprah. You will notice in the video that Hudson calls Oprah, Opah, which is awkwardly not received well by Mrs. O herself with a nervous laugh.

Health and wellness is my number one and I always say that what works for me doesn’t work for everyone. The only problem with Kate Hudson joining the brand for people who hate the look of their bodies has NOT been well received and most aren’t buying it. In addition, to the elephant in the room, others online merely thought Hudson was not a good fit for the company as she’s been known to show off her fit figure.

Not to mention that the company (WW) also has a new tagline, “Wellness that Works,” that came along with their rebrand.
A commenter debunked the whole Kate Hudson Weight Watchers thing saying:
Honestly, do not understand this. People who have truly-truly struggled with weight loss need to be in this type of position.
Another commenter pointed out that she is the owner of Fabletics and they’re NOT buying into the BS that she NEEDS Weight Watchers.
The commenter said:
Don’t you have an athletic clothing line? From what I can see you do most of the advertising for it. nice Publicity stunt. Oh, I will lose all the weight than [sic] use all the coverage to help sell the brand. trying to be just like all of the regular people huh. Yeah, I don’t buy it. #SMH
We understand, Kate has always been that in shape woman. Look back at her movies.
These days she’s a little thick around the midsection, so she wants to snap back to flat tummy.
Too bad the rest of the world would say, “hey I gained 10lbs and I need to do something about it before it becomes 100lbs.” Don’t hate on Kate because she’s doing something now before it becomes a noticeable “Oh my Kate is that you?”
