CelebNHealth247.com reports that late Tuesday night Kevin Hart took to social media chronicling his physical and emotional recovery after suffering a near-fatal car crash last month.

On Tuesday, news broke that Kevin Hart, who survived a near-fatal car crash after his car rolled into an embankment in Malibu Hills, Calif., that he will NOT be suing the driver of the car. 

Nope, Kevin is happy to be alive and being greedy is NOT the solution. He suffered “major back injuries” from the crash. Since the crash, he has had plenty of time to reflect and realize what is most important to him in his life. health and family first, money doesn’t buy happiness, and the accident was a serious reality check.

Hart said in his almost two-minute video that life is short and you need to slow down and smell the roses of life.

The beginning of the video starts with Kevin Hart saying “September 1, 2019, I was involved in an accident, my world was changed forever” appear on the screen.

Kevin realized this about life:

Basically what you realize is that you’re not in control.

He continued to narrate:

No matter how much you think you’re in control, you’re not in control. At the end of the day, it can all be over, man.

Thankful for being alive to tell his story, Kevin shares with his fans and everyone snippets of his road to recovery.

He also shows his workout, and that it will take a full year for him to fully get back to 100%.

The video also shows footage of Hart in the hospital, wearing a heavy back brace and breathing apparatus, being helped out of bed by two nurses. The video cuts to Hart doing physical therapy, recovering from his back injuries. “When God talks, you got to listen,” he says in voice-over.

The high in demand actor concludes saying:

I swear life is funny because some of the craziest things that happen to you end up being the things you needed most.
