Kyrie Irving is no longer eating “animals anymore.” Read on to see what he’s changed up…
For, Kyrie, this means eliminating a lot of meat, Irving has an eloquent way of explaining things. These days Irving attributes this energetic output to his nutritional inputs.
The former Cleveland Cavs baller is calling it energy enlightenment.
Irving tells BR Mag:
“It works. I mean, I’m not eating a whole bunch of animals anymore. Once you become awake, you don’t see that stuff anymore.”
Standing in front of a Saran-wrap-covered wok full of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in Atlanta’s visitors locker room, Irving insists that the What the Health documentary wasn’t what caused him to change his diet.
“Nah. I started becoming more in touch with myself. I did my own research.”
“Steak? Nah, I don’t eat that,” Irving says as a parting shot. “It doesn’t come from anything natural, so why would I eat it?”
From the looks of his change up in eating, It does a body good. Hot Damn!
Keep up the change up Kyrie.
