CelebNHealth247.com has learned that Lil Wayne did not appear for his scheduled performance tonight (Nov. 26) at the SummerFall concert on the Caribbean island.

HNHH alerted us to the news that Wayne was supposed to have joined acts like Rick Ross, Meek Mill, French Montana, and Yo Gotti.

He did not.

Here is what we’ve learned in regards to Lil Wayne having another seizure in Miami.

Weezy F Baby’s team denies that the no show was due to a seizure, as suggested by the concert’s organizers. The claim that the no show was due to a “breach of contract,” according to a report by TMZ. The site also notes that the SummerFall organizers claim that they had been notified that Wayne had suffered a seizure in Miami on Friday night.

Of course, Wayne’s reps are trying to keep everything under-wraps, reportedly denying any occurrence of a seizure.

To recap Lil Waynse series of event’s when it comes to Wayne, he has suffered a few seizures this year. His seizures including two in the same day while on board an airplane, prompting two separate emergency landings.

In other Weezy news, the rapper is now repping Jay Z and The Roc over Birdman and Cash Money. Wayne’s new allegiance found Birdman withdrawing from their negotiations. They were reportedly close to reaching a settlement deal.
