Superman's Lois Lane Margot Kidder Passed Away on Mother's DayCelebnHealth247.com has learned that an obituary listed on the website for the Franzen-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory in Livingston, MT reads:

Margaret Ruth ‘Margot’ Kidder, 69, of Livingston, Montana. The actress and activist passed away on Sunday, May 13th, 2018 at her home.

The Yellowknife, Canada born actress died peacefully in her sleep, according to her manager.

Kidder was best known for her role as Lois Lane opposite Christopher Reeve’s Clark Kent and his alter ego Superman in the original Superman film in the 80s.

Margot starred in Superman, Superman II, Superman III and the final installment Superman IV: The Quest for Peace in 1987.

Even today, Margot Kidder’s Lois Lane is the best Lois of them all. Sorry, Man of Steel’s Amy Adams Lois Lane opposite Henry Cavill doesn compare to Margot’s, hers will always be better.

In a 2002 , Margot Kidder starred in a production of “The Vagina Monologues.”

In 2016, Margot made hervoice heard when she sounded off against Zach Snyder’s Superman aka Batman V. Superman.

Margot was furious that a feminist icon likle Lois Lane was demished to a nothing role in both Man Of Steel and Batman V. Superman.

Margot Kidder vented in an interview with HeyUGuys via AVClub:

They took one of the best American actresses around, Amy Adams, and didn’t give her anything to do! I mean, how stupid is that? They made her what used to be the girlfriend, which kind of ended in the ‘60s with women’s rights.

Here are some of her most memorable moments of Margot Kidder as Lois Lane:

In Superman II – she figured out Clark was Superman:

Then Lois tried to prove Superman was Clark at Niagra Falls:

Maybe she will be able to reunite with Superman Christopher Reeves who died in 2004 from blood poisoning after complications from an infection caused by a bedsore.

RIP Margot, we will miss you!
