CelebNHealth247.com had this to say about her voice which is NOT permanently which is great news since last month Top Dawg Entertainment took to social media to announce their worst nightmare had come true.
Head honcho, Top Dawg, revealed that he was pulling SZA, born Solána Imani Rowe, from the “Championship Tour” for mandatory vocal rest.
I got some bad news. I have to take SZA off for a few days on the tour. Her vocal chords are swollen and she has to rest her voice to prevent any permanent damage. We have been monitoring her close and this is the reason she missed the Arizona and New Mexico dates.
Well, we have good news about the Maplewood, New Jersey native, SZA’s vocal cords are NOT permanently damaged. Her vocal damaged is indeed reparable, She took to Twitter to thank everyone for their kind words and support:
Firstly I wanna thank everyone for sending me loving kindness and extending your energy in my direction.T hank u for your prayers, I feel them and deeply appreciate you I love you.
Thank u to the incredible team of Doctors and vocal technicians that have taken time to see me over the last few weeks in every city. I’m blessed to say my voice is not permanently damaged and I’ve been working daily to get back. Slowly but surely.
The 27-year-old singer concludes:
